I'm not based in the UK, can I work with Bezos?
Absolutely! We work with e-Commerce sellers around the world to fulfil orders from our UK and European fulfilment centres. We offer worldwide delivery for your customers too.
What makes you different to traditional 3PLs?
We build technology to take care of your fulfilment headaches. We focus on the end-to-end fulfilment process, from the moment the order is placed to being delivered to your customer. Unlike traditional 3PLs that just get your orders marked as despatched. Our tech-driven service is scalable due to our network of fulfilment centres and logistic partners so we will always have space to support you as you grow.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden fees, we do not charge any integration or setup fees. Bezos has only two fees: a monthly subscription fee for the use of our technology and fulfilment charges for what you use. This includes receiving and storing your products, picking & packing each order, and shipping. Our monthly subscription fees can be cancelled any month, there are no long term commitments.
Do you require me to sign up to a long term contracts?
No, we do not require long term contracts. Our monthly subscription fees can be cancelled any month.
What makes you different to Fulfilment By Amazon (FBA)?
At Bezos.ai you speak to your account manager, a real person that understand your business and we are basically an extension to your business. We understand that there is no one-type-fits-all answer to fulfilment, which is why we are happy to create flexible solutions that are personalised to your needs.
How do I get problems fixed and how quickly?

Are there any items that Bezos cannot work with?
We pride ourselves on being able to work with a wide range of products (e.g. alcohol, fashion, heavy & bulky, organic products) and we are always expanding our capabilities. There are some products with hazardous materials that are not possible for us to work with.
What are the advantages of outsourcing fulfilment to Bezos?

In which countries do you provide fulfilment services?
We provide fulfilment centres in the UK, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Austria, France, Belgium, Italy, Ireland, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, the US, Canada, Australia & UAE.
Do you offer services for subscription businesses?
Yes, we love working with subscription businesses.
What is your pricing structure?

Does Bezos do pallet deliveries?
Yes, we can do pallet deliveries.
Do you provide reporting?
Yes we do. Your seller dashboard will have standard reports with real time data such as order status and inventory. You can also create and download custom reports from our platform. Ask your account manager if you want a specific report and can't find it.
What carriers can I send orders with?
We have partnerships with all the main carriers in the UK including DHL, Hermes, Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD and many more.
What happens if my stock is lost or damaged?
If a courier loses or damages a parcel via a fully tracked service and the client would like to raise a claim, Bezos will handle the admin and file a claim on the sellers behalf. If a claim is successful, sellers will be compensated for their products. If the warehouse damages or destroys your products, it is covered under the standard UK Warehouse Association's cover which is £100 per tonne. We recommend you to get your own additional insurance
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our UK and EU fulfilment centres.
What happens if the buyer says that the order is not delivered?
If it is a fully tracked shipping service, Bezos will handle the admin and file a claim with the courier on the sellers behalf. If a claim is successful, sellers will be compensated for their products.
Can you do refrigeration?
No, at this moment we do not handle cold or temperature-controlled products
Can you handle large packages?
Yes we can large (oversized) items up to 3 meters. For larger items, speak to your account manager.
Do you do retunrs?
Yes we do returns. Our returns portal enables you to create return labels with 2 clicks and we handle the rest.
Do you do gift notes?
Yes, we do gift notes, hand written or printed. Speak to your account manager for special requests
Can you handle heavy packages?
Yes we can handle heavy packages and do two man pick up to 70kg. For heavier products, speak to your account manager.
Can I use my own packaging?
Yes, you can. If you do not have any packaging, we can provide packaging materials such as cardboard boxes, poly bags and jiffy bags. Your account manager will be able to advise you on best practices.

What happens when the wrong item is sent to a customer?
At Bezos, we work really hard to make sure that the fulfilment of your orders has the correct products and the correct quantity. Our current picking accuracy rate is 99.9513%, which means that the likelihood to have a picking defect in your orders is really low but possible. If it does happen, please create a ticket by emailing email@example.com. If you want to send a replacement, please include this confirmation in the ticket. The replacement order will be free of charge, which means that you won’t pay for the fulfilment and delivery of the order.
Does Bezos do FBA prep?
We offer FBA prep as an add-on service to our sellers.
Can I create bundles/kits for Bezos to fulfil?
Yes, Bezos can create bundles/kits based on the instructions provided.
Does Bezos provide packaging?
Yes, we can provide packaging materials such as cardboard boxes, poly bags and jiffy bags. Your account manager will be able to advise you on best practices.

Getting started with Bezos
How do I sync my catalogue with your system?
The easiest of to upload your product catalogue with our product template that you upload as a CSV. Or if you have only a few products, you can do them one by one. This is a very easy step that can be done in minutes.
How long does it take to get stock booked into to a fulfilment centre
Our target is to book in your stock within 48 hours of receipt. On average we book in your stock within 36 hours
Do you require a minimum volume?
We require at least 150 orders per month.
How long does it take to get onboarded?
You can get started as fast as you can get your products to our warehouse. This can be as fast as the same day.
What are the specific steps in onboarding?
Your account manager will help you get started as fast as possible, sometimes even on the same day. There are 4 key steps in getting onboarded: 1) create your account, 2) ship your inventory to our warehouse, 3) integrate your sales channel, 4) test and go-live!
How do I get stock to Bezos' fulfilment centres?
You need to arrange shipping your stock to our warehouse. Your account manager can advise on the best transportation for your products. Our fulfilment centres accepts stock in cartons, pallets and containers.
Do you provide seller fulfilled prime?
Yes we do
What integrations do you offer?
Our selling platform integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Magento, Prestashop and more. Our marketplace integrations include Amazon, eBay, Etsy, OnBuy and more. If your channel isn't listed here send us an email and we will let you know if we have an integration.
Is there an extra fee for integrations?
There are no fees for initial or extra integrations - we encourage all our sellers to sell on as many channels as they can!
