All of our warehouses can ship internationally, including to the EU and we are able to support you with the necessary processes. If you regularly ship to customers in the EU we recommend holding some of your stock in our partner fulfilment centre in France to make EU shipping faster, cheaper and easier.
We pride ourselves on being able to work with a wide range of products (e.g. alcohol, fashion, heavy & bulky, organic products) and we are always expanding our capabilities. There are no fees for initial or extra integrations - we encourage all our sellers to sell on as many channels as they can!

If a courier loses or damages a parcel via a fully tracked service and the client would like to raise a claim, Bezos will handle the admin and file a claim on the sellers behalf. If a claim is successful, sellers will be compensated for their products.

We do not require any minimum volume.
Onboarding depends on many variables such as seller readiness, number of SKUs, packaging requirements, and the country of origin of your stock. We do recommend to factor in 2-3 weeks for onboarding.
Our warehouses can accept stock in cartons, pallets and containers. You can ship your stock with any transportation option of your choice and we will support you with this during onboarding.
