Bezos Frequently Asked Questions
What are the advantages of outsourcing fulfilment to Bezos?
Fulfilment can be complicated and time consuming. Outsourcing to Bezos.ai puts your fulfilment on autopilot so you no longer need to worry. We take care of your fulfilment from end to end by performance managing our expanding network of fulfilment centres, carriers and other logistics services. We understand that your needs and products are unique so we match you to the best services for your business, whether that's 9pm cut off for next day delivery, fast and affordable EU fulfilment, green delivery by cargo bike, or anything else. We also pride ourselves on our responsive customer service that always goes the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What makes you different to traditional 3PLs?
Unlike traditional 3PLs, we focus on the whole fulfilment process from end to end rather than just what happens in the fulfilment centre. Our tech-driven service is scalable due to our network of fulfilment centres and logistic partners so we will always have space to support you as you grow. Our network also allows us to fully support multichannel sellers. On top of that, we require no minimum volumes, no long term contracts and no hidden fees. You just pay for what you use.
What makes you different to Fulfilment By Amazon (FBA)?

Multichannel selling is when an e-Commerce business uses more than one sales channel to maximise their reach to potential customers. Bezos makes fulfiling orders from multiple channels straightforward.
