Head of Sales (Full-time or Part-time)

We are seeking a Head of Sales that will play a major role in designing and executing our inbound and outbound sales strategy, closing deals and driving revenue growth.

Key resposibilities

  • Develop and implement our inbound and outbound sales strategy
  • Responsible for developing new opportunities and managing the sales pipeline
  • Closing deals with online sellers, mainly on phone and video calls
  • Prepare and send proposals to potential clients
  • Continuously optimise the sales process and workflow and share best practices
  • Work cross-functionally with various stakeholders in Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Operations and Finance to improve our product offering and the seller experience

Must have requirements

  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling into SME online sellers
  • Proven track record of strong software sales performance
  • Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Excellent qualification, proposing, and closing skills
  • Ability to create and communicate relevant and compelling value propositions
  • Understanding of multi-channel online sales, including eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of fulfillment and logistics
  • Knowledge of e-commerce selling tools, e.g. ChannelAdvisor, Linnworks, Ecomdash, Inventory Planner
