How We Fulfil Your Orders
1. Create An Account
Our team will help you to create an account. This account will enable you to access Bezos.ai Seller Portal where you will set-up your products and track your orders.
2. Receiving Stock
Send your stock to a Bezos.ai warehouse. Once stock has been received by the warehouse, it will be ready for sale in 48-hours. You will be notified when it is ready and stock levels will automatically update in our seller portal.
3. Orders Imported
All orders are automatically imported from 30+ sales channels including Shopify, WooCommerce & Amazon through our pre-built integrations. Our software also automatically updates your sales channels' status, tracking information and stock levels.
4. Wählen Sie
All our warehouses use barcode scanners to ensure orders are picked correctly. We also work with sellers whose items are not barcoded using robust manual processes.
5. Packaging
At Bezos.ai you can use your own branded packaging or we can provide plain packaging. You can also view your packaging stock levels in our Seller Portal ensuring you never run out of stock.
6. Versand
We have 100+ shipping services available allowing you to offer a range of fast and affordable shipping options at checkout to help drive more sales.
7. Returns
Orders can be returned to our warehouse where they are processed according to your own guidelines. We can also provide returns labels via our Seller Portal.
8. Value Added Services
