Sales Account Executive

We are seeking a full-time Sales Account Executive who is driven and with strong interpersonal skills for our well-funded e-commerce fulfillment startup.

Key resposibilities

  • Speak to Sales qualified leads over the phone, video calls, and through email. Extract the necessary information about their company, identify their problems and how we can solve them, and pitch our services as a solution.
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Hubspot CRM system.
  • Prepare and send proposals to potential clients, taking into account the need to provide accurate pricing and the optimal solution for specific clients.
  • Prepare RFPs to share with logistics partners for special requests.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in Hubspot, ensuring all necessary follow-ups are done.
  • Review information for potential clients to ensure a full understanding of their requirements, before sending services agreements for them to sign.
  • Work with other areas of the company to ensure seamless transition of clients from the sales process.
  • Track KPIs and work to meet set performance targets.
  • Work with the growth team to provide a feedback loop on lead quality and the best strategies for lead acquisition.

Must have requirements

  • Ability to understand new concepts rapidly and react in a high-energy, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company, involved in business development or sales.
  • Be autonomous, consultative and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with different stakeholders, including product, engineering, operations, marketing, and business leaders to enable fast decision-making and execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do, never-give-up attitude.
