Inbound Sales Development Representative

2020 saw a seismic increase in e-commerce sales as COVID-19 restrictions expedited permanent changes in the way customers shop. We saw the rise in e-commerce before 2020 and this is why we created We believe that we can make a difference to companies who are selling online.

Bezos is a one-stop-shop solution for e-commerce logistics, where we make it super easy for sellers to manage their logistics and eliminate the hassle of storage, fulfillment, last mile delivery and returns, ultimately reducing their operational complexity and logistics costs. By outsourcing their logistics to us, they can focus on growing their business.  

We have grants from the UK government to make fulfilment more sustainable (green delivery, green packaging etc) and optimise supply chains by getting orders closer to customers. Reducing waste and emissions whilst improving the delivery options and speed for both sellers and customers.

We are looking for a driven Inbound SDR: Someone that gets excited about the adventure of a startup and wants to be a part of a world-class billion-dollar business. Someone that gets excited about transforming industries, that enjoys changing the way businesses think about delivering and receiving e-commerce orders. Someone with strong interpersonal skills, is hands-on, solves problems, and gets their hands dirty in the execution.

We are only considering interns that could work full days, not part-time, for at least 3 months. This internship will be a remote paid 3-month internship.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads, conversing with them and extracting information to qualify them for the sales team
  • Speak to prospects over the phone and through email
  • Lead delivery of all operational metrics across productivity, service quality and cost
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Marketing Automation Platform/CRM
  • Track KPIs and work to meet set performance targets
  • Assist the Growth Team with Inbound Sales campaigns end-to-end; identifying trends, CTA and copy assistance, email automation

Must have requirements

  • We are only looking for full time interns only (3 months minimum).
  • Ability to understand new concepts rapidly and react in a high-energy, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS company, involved in business development, sales or marketing
  • Be autonomous, consultative and professional in approach, have high levels of motivation and first-class communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with different stakeholders, including product, engineering, operations, marketing, and business leaders to enable fast decision-making and execution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a can-do, never-give-up attitude
